Happy day after Turkey Day!
I am totally going to make gnocchi with the leftover mashed potatoes that Grammie made—which were crazy good. I'm going to use this recipe here. I'm not sure why I haven't tried this before with leftover mashed potatoes. It seems genius. AND I'm also going to try it with the left over sweet potatoes that I took home, which are whipped already with egg and cream, so I'm thinking all I need to add is a little flour. I saw a similar recipe here which has ricotta, but I'm going to leave that out and just go for it—cause' I'm crazy like a fox.
