We are all loving the newest rubber stamp sets from Sarah, of The Small Object. This creation combines the Francine & Simone and the Bernard & Tipton sets. (The names just kill.) I was going to squirrel them away for Easter gifts, but couldn't resist so they were given for Spring Equinox gifts instead because, come on! They are so fun. There is much experimentation with stamping first and then drawing the head and bodies vs. drawing the head first and then stamping. Both supply hysterical results.
And these patterns of Hillary's are perfect for Sadie's handsewing work and for Grammie who is a hand sewing addict—the smaller the project the better. We are working on the Bunny and Turtle right now. Small, adorable, and so pleasing—perfect for Spring! Plus Sadie just loves to draw these as characters in her artwork, so that's an added bonus.
