what is this about?

  • make aprons to show and tell! every other month there is a different theme. you make the apron, e-mail me the photo (a jpeg) with your info (like a blog link), and then I will add it to the gallery at the end of the month. sound fun? yup!: please submit newly created aprons. not purchased or existing vintage ones.

Check out this free crocheted apron/smock pattern from Monica over at Crochet me!(Thank for the tip, Holly!) It's super cute, make sure to check out the back view, and she uses hemp yarn--very very cool.

there is a sweet child's apron pattern here (I think the incorrect photo is used on this site-because it looks nothing like the pattern-either that, or this apron is actually a potholder with kitties on it.)
