art that makes me happy

my art friends and I are a bit stalkerish about Seattle artist Susan Dory. These pieces are enamel on paper-

so much patternist-style artwork leaves me cold, but there is such a human, hand made quailty to these pieces, I love them. They also are so mid-1960's cool without being too obviously retro.
