Kelly Wilkinson of the inspiring blog, make, gather, grow, sent me a copy of her new book, Weekend Handmade: More Than 40 Projects and Ideas for Inspired Crafting, and it's really lovely. This book would be a perfect gift, not that you wouldn't want one for yourself, mind you. The projects are so easy and doable—the look is very down-to-earth, perfect for people that have a creative, natural style, but are short on time and just want to have fun. A lot like her blog.

In this video Kelly does a great job of describing the book, how it's organized, and showing what's inside. Also, Kelly is having a blog tour which you can read about over on her blog. Congrats Kelly! It's awesome.
