Delia watched this great video on making these little skulls for a bracelet and made some herself. It's pretty clever—you make the skulls (she used both air dry clay and polymer clay) and then when they are dry (or baked) you dab on paint and then wipe away the excess. Only the lines and holes remain filled. You can see the polymer clay ones (one the right) were easier to wipe clean than the air dry clay ones (on the left) but I think they both look great and spooky.
We've been watching videos of the amazing looping and recording done by Kawehi (via my brother) and I love this Nirvana one—a cover of Heart-Shaped Box. The girls thought is was a bit dark sounding, but they will come around. They preferred this excellent Micheal Jackson cover, which features a very sleepy pug.
