This dish does not have breadcrumbs but It was delicious, it's Chicken Paprikash over egg noodles. The Kale salad is from 101 cookbooks, and it was very good, but next time I will not add the Brussels sprouts if I plan to have leftovers, only because, raw, they got very pungent the next day.
I remembered how much I love breadcrumbs. I made breadcrumbs from white bread scraps from the freezer, including some old hamburger buns, and they are so yummy. I used them in the apple brown betty and it was outstanding. It's a standard brown betty recipe, but I added a good about of ginger, lemon juice, and a handful of frozen raspberries.
This was an unexpected hit. Honey mustard salmon with green beans. The breadcrumbs and roasted onions together made for onion ring-like flavor and crunch on top of the fish which was so delicious I sort of freaked out. This dish was so easy and tasted very fancy-restaurant.
