I made this salad as a side dish to grilled sandwiches this week—the girls weren't into it, but Pete and I devoured it. I love caraway seeds and how they smell when they are toasting. The recipe I used was from an old issue of Everyday Food, but I couldn't find it on the MSL website (is that site getting harder to use every month or what? The the pop-up adds are the worst. Grrr) I found the exact recipe here, so thank you internet. This version calls it a detox salad, but I prefer to call it just salad.
