I have been making these on the weekends and eating them during the week. I originally made them to entice my daughters into eat salads more. They are cute and I think Instagram worthy, which a big deal with them. So far, I have been the only consumer of these. This hasn't stopped me. I thought they would be so handy for out of the house, but I find they are just as convenient at home. I just dump and add dressing and toss. Done. I love lots of bits on my salads and would skip making them during the day because I didn't want to take the time to add everything. Now I just dump. This also allows me to use the little bits of food, nuts, cheeses, what-have-you from the fridge, and then I feel very frugal and this makes me happy.
We saw Thor: Ragnarök over the weekend and liked it a whole bunch. It is directed by Taika Waititi, who also wrote and directed What We Do in the Shadows, which is one of my favorite movies ever. It's like Spinal Tap, but with vampire roommates, not a band. So incredibly funny.
