It's hot here, but that hasn't stopped us from getting these super yummy donuts from Pip's, which I normally wouldn't consider a hot weather treat. We also tried Tiki Tea for the first time and it was delicious. I'm still off sugar, so they made my tea without (not shown) and i just stared at the donuts. It was okay. The girls ate them pretty fast.
It's convention season! We just got back from Leaky 2018 (Harry Potter fan convention) and are heading to the Resin Rose BJD Expo this weekend, which is in town. This is a doll show with a focus on ball-jointed dolls, which is thing. Leaky was so fun, in was in Dallas and it was a whirlwind trip. The fans there were so nice and overall it was a great time. We went to 5 panels and heard so many great theories and wonderful presentations and some really funny stories. We are going again next year for sure. There are some photos over on IG. I haven't been to the Resin Rose BJD show before. It's all me on this one, the girls aren't really into dolls, but I think my eldest will come with me to keep me in check.
