I am super excited about the newest Tie One On theme, Gingham Summer!
All you need to do is use gingham in your apron somewhere—for the whole thing or as a trim. If you are up for it, you might even try some chicken scratch, like this one here, which is embroidering Xs and Os over the gingham creating a lovely design. I have a few vintage aprons that have chicken scratch and I love them to death. Here's a description of gingham fabric, just in case you need some more info and here's a bit about chicken scratch and great directions on how to do it, but remember, you don't have to do the embroidery for this theme, just use gingham. These aprons are due in August 1. Have fun! I can't wait to see all these gingham aprons together.
